Border Buildings supplies very cost effective, high quality portable & modular buildings for outright sale, long term rental or lease purchase. Offices, Classrooms, Canteens, Welfare Units, Toilets & Showers, Storage Units, one two or three storey buildings all steel clad and manufactured to order to the highest standards.
Plans are drawn, approved and costed. If required planning permissions, building warrants and whatever else may be required are sought. Finance or rental or lease purchase payment terms are agreed and foundation plans are given.
Whilst all service connections, foundations & drainage etc are the responsibility of the client, we do have an excellent working relationship with local building, electrical and plumbing contractors whom we can recommend. Your building is then ordered, delivered and erected, the manufacturing process normally takes 10-12 weeks dependent on the work load.
